Nissan Micra India Latest News About Updates, Nissan Motors has revealed its small hatchback car, The Nissan Micra on tuesday at the 80th Geneva Auto Show. The Nissan Micra is mainly designed for Indian conditions. The Car will be produced and sold in India along with several other countries. The Nissan Micra will be powered by the company's latest 1.2-litre 3-Cylinder Petrol engine which will produce only 115g/km of CO2 emission. European versions will have reversing sensors, Nissan's keyless entry and go, satellite navigation, auto wipers, ABS, ESP and airbags.





The Nissan Micra will be launched as "March" in Japan and its sales will start from March in Japan and Thailand, While the car sales in India will begun from July 2010. The company has scheduled to commence the production of the car from May 2010 in Chennai.


The Nissan Micra is expected to be launched in the B-Segment Category where it will be competing with big players including Hyundai i20, Maruti Swift, Maruti Ritz, Skoda Fabia, Ford Figo and Chevrolet Beat.
