Apple inc. had to issue a letter for the return of the device which was lost by a software engineer from Apple. The iphone which was held by Gizmodo earlier was a prototype of the Iphone 4G.The device had features such as video chat camera, camera flash, external buttons for volume and mute. The buttons on the side were made of metal and the back of the device is made of plastic. The other feature in the phone is a smaller screen. The release of the device was set to be done in summer but after the leak of the iphone the concerns about the launch date has been delayed.
Apple has been very concerned about its technology secrets and this time the leak of their new concept phone was spread throughout the internet. The device was revealed when an engineer from apple was in a bar and mistakenly dropped the device. The device was sold to technology blog Gizmodo for five thousand dollars. The Apple Inc sent a letter for the retrieval of their prototype from Gizmodo. The blog Gizmodo accepted their offer to give back the device and revealed some features of the device.
