www.mass.gov/dua/webcert, If you are a resident of the State of Massachusetts, you can check out Www.mass.gov/dua/webcert? to submit an insurance claim online for your unemployment benefits. You must sign-up to use the UI online services. If you’re the first time user, click here to sign-up now


After registration, you can:


Use WebCert to file for your weekly unemployment insurance benefits.


Use qUIk Response to help expedite the processing of your unemployment insurance claim.


Get an update on your UI claim and benefit payments — the payment amount, when the payment was issued, and if there are any problems with your claim.





Please note if you have not filed or reopened an unemployment claim you must do so before you can begin to visit Www.mass.gov/dua/webcert. In order to initiate an unemployment claim call 617-626-6800 or from area codes 508, 978, or 413, call 877-626-6800. Claimants outside of Massachusetts must call 617-626-6800.


And you may experience difficulty or delay with WebCert service on every Sunday (the first day for signing weekly benefits). If you can’t visit the site normally, refesh the website and try it later.
