2.By online e-service:

By online e-service you can apply online for new season parking, renewal of season parking, replacement of RFID tag. To get e-service you need to login at MY HDBpage. Here you can login by two ways one is login via signpass or other is login via HDB security pin. You will be required to enter valid NRIC number, HDB security pin number to login via HDB security pin. If you use login via signpass, you get new site page and you will need to enter signpass ID and signpass. You can pay your payment when you apply online by Direct Debit (which is under Citibank, DBS and UOB only. You will need your Internet Banking ID, Password and Token), Visa Card, Master Card.

3. In Person:

You can personally visit any of the HDB branch office or service centers to renew your season parking ticket. If you want to buy HDB season parking ticket, you need to submit some documents for verification, where it is applicable such as letter from company when you drives company's registered vehicle home, letter from taxi organization when you drives taxi home, IR8A form when you drive home a company car and you are the employee of a car rental company.
